We offer small businesses the opportunity to apply for and borrow as little as $5K and up to a max. of $100K. There is no collateral required, we do not require tax returns or bank statements to apply. A hard pull of your personal credit report will be required, and based on your credit worthiness, you may be approved for a loan or a line of credit. The lending comes with a fixed rate and a 4–6-year term period. Unlike most lending programs out there, we do not charge a percentage of what you are approved for as a fee and require you to give up a part of your approved line to pay for a service fee, we do not believe in that model of doing business, instead we charge a small application processing and closing fee.
